The double tulle overlay has sequins on the outer layer and on the fitted bodice that cascades down the dress to show off the waist and tulle overlay. It has an illusion back. The lined dress has half-sleeves, boning, a built-in bra. I bought this for my son's wedding, but changed my mind. It has never been altered. Tags are still attached. It's a very feminine flowy dress. Retailed for $249. Bust is 39.25, waist 32.5 and hips 42.75 inches. Hollow to hem is 61 inches.
