This blouse is lightweight and very comfortable in spring and summer. Pairs great with colored denim, or shorts. The ruffle pleat lays flat, but would need to be slightly pressed, as it's been folded for a bit. Armpit to armpit is 19 in, length is 25 in. Washed in cold and hung to dry.
