No the material has very little stretch and has a little bit of a sparkle when you look closely at it. Three buttons on each sleeve are decorative, but have snaps for closures Five buttons down front are decorative. Long zipper down back with two hook and eye closures. Measurements taken flat from the back: About 38 1/2 inches long. About 15 inches shoulder to shoulder. About 19 1/2 inches pit to pit About 19 inches of the waist. About 22 inches at the hip. About 24 inches shoulder to cuff. This is a little sheer and would probably require a slip as there is no lining No rips, stains, tears. Looks almost unworn. This item is sold as is.
