bloondie2 hi! would you mind listing the measurements of the pit to pit and length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem, please. Also, I can't really tell if there's an elastic waist. If so, would you mind measuring it for me, too, please? Thank you so much!

bloondie2 Also, I most likely will wear this on the shoulder unless you think it would be too wide. Although, I am fairly broad shouldered!

charsweb43016 @bloondie2 ptp is 22 and there is no stretch. only stretch at the collar and as it comes off neck. there is elastic at the bottom. the bottom measures 22 and can stretch to 27. length is 22 inches.

It's so strange that so many pieces from this brand have been too small for me. Idk why designers can't be more mindful of their sizing. And with me being really short doesn't help my situation either! Ok, rant over!
