Beautiful older piece in good preowned condition but not perfect, the tips probably could be put back on by a jeweler to make them look better, the tips are a little rough, but not sharp where they’re put into the leather. This is a very beautiful piece with a Hallmark on the back, please see all pictures. Thank you.
