Vince Cecyl Pull On Chelsea Boots/Black/Size 9

I’ve only worn to try on in my home. There is a spot on the sole not sure how or where it came from. I tried to clean it off and it made it worse. The shoes are in the original packaging. I should’ve bought my size (8) but assumed these would fit with a thin sock. They are still too big.
