NYC brand "LOOK BY M". Thick, very cozy and warm - new with tags. Warm choco brown, wide, shawl collared, open cardigan with pockets. It is one size and intended to be loose and over sized (it is on me, 5'5" and 130 lbs). It hits me about mid-thigh. Nice long sleeves (I have long arms) It has a bit of stretch to it. To be expected in a woven piece of this kind.
