chase2g @sparkle4design hello. Yes I’m aware what happened. You messaged me, you changed your rating from five to two, you’ve contacted Posh. I explained to you I’m not the original owner. I owned the charm for a short period. I used it once maybe twice on bags it didn’t match well with. I purchased it for a Takashi Murakami and it didn’t fit, so I had no use for it.

chase2g @sparkle4design The L never fell off when I owed the charm. I even searched the web for reviews and complaints about the charm and found nothing. I’ve been in constant contact with you in private messages now here. I don’t know what more I can do for you as I had zero problems with the charm.

chase2g @sparkle4design I’m very surprised and sad it happened to you too. I don’t know why or how it happened once you got it. I just know the L never fell off when I owned it. I only carried it once maybe twice. The only reason I’m not sure how often I carried it is because I purchased another charm to go with my Aurelia that I used often. It has a wide hook so it fits the bag.

chase2g @sparkle4design I started recording my sells a few years ago. I read stories about people not receiving what they purchased. I record my videos either in the post office or the parking lot. I don’t stop until I get to the counter. In my boxing video to you it shows the charms dangling while I held the clasp. It even shows me holding the charm in the air by the L while barely touching the V. I flipped it back and forth and not once did the L fall off. I just don’t know why it fell apart on you.

sparkle4design @chase2g I know, it's a mystery. I feel I know you are an honest and exceptional seller, I know too, for some reason things happen beyond our control. I hope you know that there is no blame here , and this makes me feel bad. If Posh does not come to a conclusion, I may have to keep it and I guess, I should contact the Louis Vuitton store and get guidance from them or maybe they can fix it.

The incident was unfortunate, besides the fact of me being hesitant about telling you and possibly causing you stress, was never my intention. It IS very pretty. chase2g @sparkle4design I love Posh because it allows me to afford luxury items that cost nearly double in stores. Or I can get items that are discontinued or hard to find. I have seen people talk about glazing issues, cracks, bubbling, etc. in certain LV bags. That’s why I did a search on the charm to see if it had a history of complaints. I didn’t find any. How is it attached? I thought it was welded on.

chase2g @sparkle4design I don’t want you to think I feel you mishandled the charm and you’re now pointing the finger at me. I do hope you understand because I don’t know what happened I can’t offer a solution to this. I’ve had two bags repaired after I purchased them from resell. It’s an easy process and the best part is I think, I’m not sure, but I think once it’s repaired at LV there maybe a warranty afterwards.

chase2g @sparkle4design I did find the name. It’s the Louis Vuitton Porte Cles New Wave Bag Charm Key Ring. When you contact LV you can give them that info. Also I was never upset with you at all. Even when you rated me differently I understood your frustration. I hope you continue to shop on Posh and find deals that meet your expectations 100%.
