New slip shorts plus size 3X

These are new and unworn without tags. They take the place of a slip or a liner under pants. They are size XXXL and have a 16" inseam, with rows of ruffles 2" apart where they can be cut to make them shorter. The full elastic waist is 34" unstretched. Beige. No tags, never worn, 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
