Navy and White Wear to Work Dress

This dress is just lovely! Navy top with pleats, sheer sleeves and lined body. Bottom half offers generous stretch with a zig-zag polka dot pattern. Approximately 20” pit to pit and 38” length. Excellent condition - I think it’s only been tried on.
