I would like to explain why my offer was low. My offer total was almost $13. I don't really need them right now but since you wanted them gone, I decided to submit an offer I'd find a way to use them soon. I found the same size and material for $12 for 100 pouches with free shipping. Anyway, I prefer to buy them from you instead of buying them from a big company.
