This dress is perfect for cocktail parties or other special occasions. It is size 8 and is made of 53 percent cotton, 44 percent nylon and 3 percent spandex. It is fully lined. It measures 34 inches from shoulder to hem. I an 5’4” and it hits above the knee on me. This dress is preowned but has been worn only twice.
