Hi so the 25 length where is that measured from on the vest please.

I’m sorry I just saw this comment. The 25 length is from shoulder to hem. On me, It falls just on the bottom of the hip, the top of the thigh. You just purchased the vest, if you have any problems when you received it, just let me know.
