This is the Kosan Travel Nanterre Travel Shirt Dress. Wrinkle resistant fabric, 3 hidden pockets (including one in the neckline), breathable lightweight fabric with antimicrobial finish. Kosan went out of business, so you can’t buy these anymore. Great condition, but the waist belt to put through the two loops is NOT included, so you will have to find your own belt to use. Size XS. Color is most like the close up picture of the belt loops and pockets!
