Fully lined, cap sleeve floral dress in size 14 made by designer Eliza J. The base of the dress is blue, and the flowers are pink. Back zip with hook and eye closure. There is one small imperfection to the dress, a tiny pull in the fabric. Please see pictures. Shell: 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Lining: 100% polyester. Machine wash cold with similar colors.
