I got these our pajamas from target a couple years back. I bought them but I never even wore them. They are a little small on me so that is most likely why. They are 100% cotton and have a brushed fleecy feel. The top buttons all the way down and has a pocket on the chest. The bottoms have a drawstring waist and side pockets. Never worn size medium.
