@malissaharris25 hi, sorry for the late response, the skirt waist is 15.5 inches across, and full skirt length from top to bottom seam is 30 inches. top is 17.5 across bust and 15 inches across bottom waist seam. :)

@bmerichsen I would think it should fit you, it's a little big on me and I'm a 34 B. it also has a back stretchy panel so it has good stretch to it and also a side zipper:)
