One is from Maurice’s and one is from akira. Both xl. Price is for both. The pink is a high low. Never been worn with elastic waist. Can fit range of sizes. And the other one is not stretchy but depending on what part of your waist you want to wear it on, it will also fit a range of sizes and shapes. My recommendation is that it be worn up high.
