silviasstuff @versace08 Great! Just a couple of questions, what shades of blue and green sports teams type of colors or something else, also 10” sounds long for a size 6 women’s let me know and I’ll get started getting the yarn together does it matter if the yarns are different I have a lot of yarn and can use some of what I have , this is a fun project looking forward to it !

versace08 @silviasstuff use what you have. The blue is for our Scottish neighbor so I am thinking what ever blue you have.

versace08 @silviasstuff my sons pair doesn’t fit well. His heel keeps coming out of the back. How can I tighten these? Can I sew the back up a bit or crotchet another row in the back making it tighter? Just wondering if you have ideas. He said it keeps slipping off the back. Everyone else is in love. lol.

silviasstuff
silviasstuff @versace08 yes you can fold them and run a thread up the back inside the crochet trim that should do it I’m sorry they don’t fit well which color combo is it

versace08
versace08 @silviasstuff it’s the orange and black and don’t apologize it can happen. It will try that and see if it helps him. Thank you

silviasstuff
silviasstuff @versace08 hi, I’m wondering if that helped I thought of something that might work better if you stitch up each side on the top of the foot and pull it in that would probably work best I wish I had them here to fix

versace08 @silviasstuff aw thanks for checking in. My son needs to be here this weekend and I can try that. I figure have him put it on and then stitch to tighten with him and. His foot in it. lol. I’ll let you know if it works.

versace08
versace08 @silviasstuff so what I actually did was crochet two more rows around the back opening to build the heel up higher and then pull the front towards the back. I hope I explained that correctly, but it worked. I tightened it up.
