I bought this dress for a Halloween party last year and I was Dolores Umbridge. Pair this with a set of pearls or an evil locket (horcrux) and a cat brooch, and it is absolute perfection. Other than the fact that it can make for an absolute perfect Dolores - or if you want to go in the hero direction, Barbie - costume, it is actually a very cute dress, and would look perfect with a thin pink belt. It doesn’t fit me to wear in an office setting, but it would make for a very cute office dress. See photos for measurement. This is a size extra large and would comfortably fit a size 16 or 18 as the fabric does have some stretch, and it is meant to be a fitted body con style dress.
