I bought these brand new waaay back in the early 00's I believe, and they're from Tripp nyc. For being as old as they are, they're in great shape! They're arm warmers that are black lace that lace up with a black satin ribbon. I did cut off the inside label because it was scratchy on my arm (sorry!). They're about 12.5" long, 3" wide at the narrowest part, and 3.75" wide at the widest part. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat and laced up tight. These are fairly stretchy.
