Super cute and comfy Knit (or crochet??) handmade hat/neck warmer. I think it’s wool, but I can’t be sure(it doesn’t look synthetic). The hood is a pretty roomy size and measures 10” from center back to the front side, 14” from top to the top of the “scarf piece”. The neck warmer/scarf is 4” high and approx 32” wide.
