honey1tree @blesseddealdiva I had someone measure for me yesterday because we were out of town. I’ve just remeasured and it’s 20 inches, not 21. If you want to cancel your order, I completely understand. I wear a large and tried it on. It fits comfortably, except I cannot button the jacket. Just let me know what you want to do. I plan on mailing it tomorrow. I apologize.
