It probably originally had an oversized bow as on the back near the waistline is a snap & spot where a second snap is missing (leaves a small hole that's barely noticeable, see 4th picture). Would be easy to replace or cover with a belt. Size 9-10 per the tag - bust measures 16 inches across, smallest part of waist measures 14 inches across, drop waist measures 19 inches across. Good vintage condition.
