NWT -Love it, but it's so hard for me to get the light blue or pastel blue that works with my skintone. This is GORGEOUS! But even holding it up in the mirror I knew I'd not get to wear. @aerinmichelle74 I’ve added several new pics w flat measurements. There is no stretch to this, rather, delicate gathering w fabric tie at bust. I’m 5/10 and it fits w room to spare. I don’t think u would be constricted at all but please see the PTP, SHLDR TO BUST, NECKLINE TO BUST TIE, & overall LENGTH. Lmk if u need any more details.
