You can take the skirt on or off! I wore once for my wedding for my second dress! It was STUNNING!!! It basically looked like I had 3 dresses because I also took the skirt off midway! The glitter shows up so well in photos.
I’m sad to even sell this but I just know it will never be worn again!

@kmgonyea22 I will have it dry cleaned if you purchase it! Also I did get the straps altered a tad because it was loose in that area but did not take anything else in! Skirt was untouched as well

@moonshiine87 I’m 5’4 I don’t know my measurements but I typically wear a size 6/8 in dresses. Shirts I can do Small or medium and bottoms medium or large depending how high they go. I have a smaller stomach in the middle that cinches. I can take my measurements in the next couple days and let you known
