2montrose Very interested. Another question: when looking at the back side, is the measurement from top to bottom 12"? This is whene the black padding is on the back. I afraid this is sorta important. Thank you

scottdeem @2montrose so the entire height of the back of the backpack is 13 inches 3 inches is the gray part 10 inches is the black padded part
