Ma’am, I truly am so sorry this happened on the live show. I have no idea how this happened.I am very upset. I never had that happen to me before on a show and when I buy, I always buy. I had just got on when it said I bought an item. I literally thought something glitched in the system. I was practically in tears. I do not wear bigger purses like that if you want me to buy something else from you in order to refund them, let me know again. I am so sorry.
