pinkgoatthreads @full1983 Hi! Sorry for the delay! I think they are true to size, yes! I wear a 6 most of the time and these have about an inch of room at the toe for me, so I think they would fit a true 6 1/2 well. Hope this helps! Please feel free to make an offer if you'd like.
