BMG Frilly Tweed Dress size 6

Super fun, textured tweed dress with the best ruffled bell sleeves. There is a lot of texture and hanging thread detail throughout. I assume the hanging threads are intentional I did not purchase this new. Overall condition is really good, just the random little bit of thread and texture coming out throughout but again I do believe it is intentional. Marked size 6 Approximate flat measurements 13” pit to pit 25” length 12” sleeves
