Excellent Condition. The HyVent outer layer is Waterproof. This was my late husband’s coat, and he only wore it a handful of times. For reference, he was 6’3”, about 210 lbs on average. He never bought anything in a “Tall”. When washing, lint collects in the Velcro, but it’s easy to remove with a carpet rake. They sell small ones on Amazon. They’re great for Velcro, corduroy, sweatshirts, and so many other items that grab lint! Just a tip I picked up and thought I’d share.😊
