Made with cane sugar, petroleum jelly, vitamin E, cosmetic colorant and natural, edible flavor oil. For me, lip scrubs are a must have during the winter months to help fight chapped lips, and are great for use year-round to help keep the sensitive skin on your lips nourished and renewed.
