This Vintage Tapestry Cape is an amazing piece of art. It’s in very good condition with all its original buttons. This cape does NOT have the belt with it. No branding or size tags on this so please measure to be certain of fit. This cape fits my small mannequin which wear a size 4 and measures 16”shoulder to shoulder. The A frame is a bit forgiving but that shoulder fit is pretty dead on at 16”.
