Vintage set of 6 small porcelain fruit/dessert/sauce/berry bowls. Noritake Somerset (5317) was produced from 1952 to 1973. The gold trim on this pattern means it is not safe for use in the microwave. Bowls measure 5 1/2 inches in diameter and about 1 1/8 inch tall. Excellent pre-owned condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing. NOTE: One bowl has 2 small areas where gold trim on inside of bowl is worn (see last photo). The gold trim on this pattern means it is not safe for use in the microwave. Made in Japan.
