julie968 @chelciara Hello! The case is new, never been used… so in excellent condition. The first time the case came out of its box was recently to be photographed for this listing:) Also, no, that is not a cotton cloth…That is just part of the packaging and was in the soap case as a protective layer between the lid of the case and the packaged soap.
