In picture 5 you can see that 2 small zipper prongs are missing - however picture 6 shows how you can unzip the bag with no problem. Just use your pointer finger and thumb to hold that side of the zipper and then unzip! It unzips perfectly with that method. 9 inches wide, 18 inches tall
