Black Formal Cut Out Gown

Cinq a Sept Formal Gown - Sample (does not have brand tag) No size tag either but I’m usually a size 2. Cutouts at side and ties at shoulder. Slit up the right side. Never worn but the zipper at back could use reinforcement.
