No tags. Washed when arrived. No shrinking. I'm 14 and little looser than I like. I'm 5’6 and I would have to roll up waist once. These are amazing quality. On site it says the 2x fits 18. I would say these are meant to size up one. These fit 14-16 loose/ comfortable. True color in pictures of actual set
