These are brand new, with tags, and never worn! Both Free People and Ban.do have sold these in recent years. These were purchased from ban.do. They're in the color Esme, however, it appears that with the different iterations, the color varied slightly. The ban.do version (ones being sold) is the ever so slightly lighter color with the brown Wrangler tag on the back pocket. The woman with the bob hair-do in pics is wearing the exact pants being sold. In my pics, color is closest to the 3-side button picture.
