The zipper seems like is it either twisted or going to fall off? Is it just twisted or will the elastic snap?

@elliekao hi yes, the elastic is frayed. It is basically a lululemon hair tie so you can bring it in to a lululemon store to see if they will replace it, their customer service is usually very good, or buy a new hair tie from lululemon if it does break. The jacket itself is in excellent condition.
