Reposhing this item I purchased from @deltafox. Loved the style, color, quality ...but the sizing is off. Tag says Size 28, but these are smaller - waist measures 15 1/2" hips measure 17 1/2" inseam measure 28" front rise measures approximately 8" I'd say these are more of a women's size 2/4 and not 6.
