This BloomChic dress is new with tags and features a fun, celestial metallic print. The background is a rich blue, almost a navy, but with a bit more brightness. It has pockets and hit me right at the knee (I'm 5'8"). Measurements taken flat: 18.5" pit to pit, 17" waist (unstretched) and 39" long. I'd love to see this with a pair of crisp white sneakers and light-wash jean jacket for the day, or silver heels for night. The beaded belt I used in some of the photos is not included.
