This adorable dress is so classy and yet comfy! It has ruffles all around the neckline and along the edge of the section that wraps around all the way to the bottom. It has a built/in waistband and a tie in the inside and on the outside. Simple but sophisticated! It measures 12” from shoulder to shoulder, 18” PTP, roughly 14” across the waistband and is 34.5” long. It comes from a smoke and pet free home. This dress is in excellent condition.
