@nolagirl82 Hi, I believe they were hung to dry some , and dried in the dryer some. The waist is 17 inches, and the length is 12 inches from top of waistband to the bottom of the hem. Hope that helps to decide whether they will fit! They really do look great and the embroidery is very pretty. Thanks for asking!
