Unsure of the Brand - is a size 5 and fit my 5 year old perfect. Was worn once for a few hours, washed and lined dried. could use an iron. the belt in the picture is not the belt we received and it is slightly 'cheap' - would look just as cute without Pair with a black sweater and black Tights and was so adorable 😍
