ASO Blair Waldorf Rare pleated skirt

ASO Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) in Season 1 on Gossip Girl Nanette Lepore striped pleated skirt Rare skirt! Super cute! There is a small unstitching in the back that I photographed. It can be easily stitched back up. Not very noticeable. Skirt says size 0 but I'm a size 0 and it's way too big on me. Falls down to my hips. I'm thinking it's more of a size 6 or 8. Has a zipper on the back.
