Vintage Blue and White Royal Gallery of Poland Hand Blown Glass Bowl

I believe this to be a Vintage Blue and White Royal Gallery of Poland Hand Blown Glass Bowl. I can not confirm but all my research shows it is likely a Royal gallery piece. I purchased this in an antique thrift shop a few years back. It has a stunning blue and white color combination and is a heavy glass bowl. Approximately 4.3 pounds. You can see the unevenness of the height and pontil break on the base and all the signs of a glass blowers talent. 6 1/2” high mount approximately 7”
