Vintage Blue White Polka Dot Shift Dress with Collar and Short Sleeves

Cute handmade shift dress in a navy blue and white polka dot pattern. Probably made in the 1960s or 70s, this dress is nicely sewn by someone who knew what they were doing. It should sit around the knee for most people, at 43" from the collar to the bottom hem. Excellent condition with no damage. The silhouette is a shift style, with ever so slight flare in the skirt and peekaboo white with blue dots to contrast the rest of the dress. Zips up the back. Collared neckline, short sleeve. Synthetic fabric with moderate stretch. A great summer party dress.
