Classic showstopper. Every memorable event needs a memorable dress! The vivid navy blue color looks divine with the cream embroidery on the bodice. Features include a cotton type fabric, drop waist with bow detail and a side zipper. The skirt is slim almost making a wiggle dress shape. Measurements Bust 32" Waist 26" Hip 33" Length 39" Right underarm slight yellowing. All vintage items are 20+ years old and can have signs of normal wear.
