This is a gently worn Boutique Brand, 2 Piece outfit with a Lace lined 3/4 Sleeved short torso Blouse and Ruffle Midi Skirt in 3T (100 is Chinese measurement). This listing is for 1, 2-piece dress outfit in 3T, but I do have an identical listing in 4T. My girls absolutely loved these for their Easter dresses. They especially loved the extra extra ruffled skirts. Material: Cotton | Polyester (can be machine washed, but has been recently dry cleaned) Color: Top is “true” white | Skirt is a bright coral ** Please note the ‘short torso’ on blouse - while it’s not a crop top, the skirt is meant to be worn at true waist (belly button level). If girl is average torso and average waist it will not show any skin; however, if long torso and slimmer in waist, it will likely show midriff skin and/or skirt may need to be taken in. My girls are very different in body type (one average, one slim) and these fit differently on each of them.
